Privacy Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
This policy explains what personal information JordanMedHub collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. You can browse every health page and the directory without giving us any personal information.
Information you give us
We only receive personal information when you choose to send it through one of our forms:
- Appointment requests and bookings: your name, phone number, preferred contact method, preferred time, and any message you add.
- Listing requests (claim, correction, or removal of a doctor profile): your name, contact details, and message.
- Contact form: your name, contact details, the topic, your message, the page link you include, and the language you used.
How we use it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
- To handle the request you made — for example, arranging the appointment you asked for, which can involve sharing your name and phone number with the doctor or clinic you chose.
- To review and act on corrections, listing requests, and messages.
- To protect the site against abuse: our forms count requests per IP address to limit spam, and these counters are deleted after about an hour.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and how visitors reach them. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser type; Google processes this data under its own privacy terms.
The site also stores your language preference in a cookie so pages open in the language you chose.
Health information
Our health pages and calculators do not ask for or store your medical history. Calculators run in your browser and their inputs are not sent to us. Please do not include sensitive medical details in our forms beyond what is needed for your request.
Storage and security
Your information is stored in our own database on servers we manage, with access restricted to authorised staff. Encrypted backups are kept off-site and expire under a fixed schedule, with the oldest kept for up to six months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us. Send your request through the Contact page and choose "Privacy request". We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
Children
JordanMedHub is intended for adults. Requests made on behalf of a child should come from a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its date.
